A fews days in LA…
Los Angeles decided for the first couple days of our visit that it would rain non stop, so I had to get creative with my boyfriend to come up with things to do on the week between Christmas and New Years in LA. It was our first trip together to California so we wanted to make it an adventure we’d never forget.

Hollywood Improv
The perfect rainy night in LA. Since the rain pretty much haults everything in LA we decided to check out the Hollywood Improv for two nights. We had such an amazing time seeing some of our favorite comedians test out new material.

The Beverly Hilton
We checked into our room at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA. The hotel has historic Hollywood charm, the pool was beautiful (and is heated year round) the rooms were cozy and we had a great view from our balcony.

The Proposal
We flew out to LA to help our friend propose to his girlfriend. He was able to make it a big surprise with her family and friends there on top of the roof of the Beverly Hilton.

We also checked out the Griffith Park Observatory, Rodeo Drive, and spent NYE in Santa Monica.
Restaurant and Bar Recommendations:
Cantina Frida - Mexican Cuisine and Bar in Beverly Hills, CA. Food was so fresh and flavorful!
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - Amazing steakhouse on Santa Monica Blvd, in Los Angeles. Their filet and Aperol spritzs were on point. They also had a good vegetarian main entree options too.
The Craftsman - This bar was super chill and had a great tots and food! Their staff was top notch!
