If you’re looking for a vibrant destination with incredible food, craft cocktails, and a touch of Southern charm, Nashville is calling your name. Recently, I had the pleasure of planning a fabulous girls' getaway for a group of 10, and let me tell you, Music City did not disappoint. Here’s a polished itinerary that combines sophistication, fun, and Instagram-worthy moments, ensuring your crew has a weekend to remember.

Every detail, from the ambiance to the presentation of the dishes, set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

  • 8:00 PM: Drag Queen Bus - Cost 60$/pp

    • The Big Drag Bus was absolutely perfect for our group of 10—it was a non-stop party from the moment we climbed aboard. The energy was electric, and it brought out all the wild, carefree vibes we needed to kick off our trip. This vibrant and entertaining experience was the ultimate way to let loose and bond with friends while soaking in the unique charm of Nashville.

Day 2 - Line Dancing and Photo Shoot

  • Brunch at the apartment

    • Croissants, fruit, eggs, mimosas, cheese, etc (**courtesy of an Instacart/Costco delivery - see pro tips at the end of this article)

  • 2:30 PM: Line Dancing Class - Cost $40/pp

    • Such an incredible way to pick up some new dance moves and let loose with your friends! This class was an absolute blast—perfect for creating unforgettable memories while having a ton of fun together. Highly recommend!

  •  6:00 Group photo session

    • Our photographer met us at Pearl Diver, a vibrant and stylish restaurant that turned out to be the perfect backdrop for our photoshoot. While we originally planned to take photos downtown, the weather had other plans, prompting us to pivot—and we couldn’t have been happier with the change. The cozy, tropical ambiance made the shoot feel intimate and personal, transforming it into such a fun and memorable experience to share with our friends.

  • 8:00 PM: Dinner Reservations at Butcher and Bee

    • We dined at this hip spot known for its rotating menu of inventive, seasonal cuisine crafted with local ingredients. As a large group, we loved sharing their beautifully curated share plates, which made the meal feel both communal and memorable.

  • After Dinner: Broadway Street: The Heart of Nashville’s Nightlife

    • A few of us braved the lively chaos of Broadway Street on a Friday night, and it was an experience to remember. The streets were packed with people from all walks of life—yes, plenty of young, rowdy revelers in cowboy boots—but the energy was infectious. The real star of the night was the music pouring out of every bar and honky-tonk. The talent in Nashville is undeniable, and it’s clear why they call it Music City. We hopped in and out of countless spots, soaking up the incredible performances and vibrant atmosphere. If you want to experience the soul of Nashville, Broadway is the place to be.

Day 3 - Rotating Charcuterie Bar

  •  1:00 PM: Rotating Charcuterie Bar Experience

    • You know those Instagram-worthy spots that seem almost too good to be true? Well, this one absolutely lived up to the hype! They delivered an incredible rotating charcuterie experience that was as delicious as it was unique. It was the perfect way to celebrate our friend’s birthday—combining her love for cheese and wine nights into a truly unforgettable Nashville moment. This place was an absolute gem and totally worth the stop!

    • We then explored the market it was in after our stop here.

  • L&L Market: A Must-Visit Nashville Gem

    • L&L Market offers a unique shopping experience in a beautifully restored industrial space. With boutique shops and local vendors selling top-notch, one-of-a-kind goods, it’s a treasure trove for everything from fashion and decor to specialty foods. Adding a touch of luxury, several stores offer complimentary champagne to sip while you browse. Whether you’re treating yourself or shopping for gifts, L&L Market combines sophistication, creativity, and local charm into one unforgettable stop. Don’t miss the cozy cafes for a perfect pick-me-up!

  • Dinner at Nomzilla Sushi

    • We wrapped up our trip with an unforgettable dinner at a modest yet incredible sushi spot. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food was bursting with flavor and easily became one of our favorite meals of the entire trip. Every bite was a delight, making it a perfect way to end our Nashville adventure.

Pro Tips for Traveling in a Group: Stress-Free and Organized

  1. Pre-Order Groceries with Instacart:
Save time and hassle by pre-planning your grocery haul! During the week leading up to our trip, we took orders from everyone in the group and placed a grocery order on Instacart right before our flight took off. By the time we arrived at our Airbnb, everything was delivered and ready to go. This not only saved us the hassle of running around town but also kept costs in check for a weekend of meals and snacks for 10 people.

  2. Wine Delivery from Costco:
Yes, Costco delivers wine! No girls’ trip is complete without a steady flow of wine, and we took it to the next level by timing a delivery to coincide with our arrival. This move was a total game-changer—no lugging bottles around, no last-minute store runs, just chilled wine ready to pour. Cheers to next-level planning!

3. Plan Ahead and Share an Itinerary!

Let’s face it—women in our 30s and 40s don’t have time to wing it when it comes to group trips. A well-thought-out itinerary is a game-changer! Channel your creative energy into crafting a plan that excites everyone and sets the tone for the trip. A little organization goes a long way in making sure the weekend runs smoothly and everyone gets hyped for the fun ahead.

  • 4. Create a Google Maps List

    • I created a Google Maps list of all the places I visited on this trip, you can find them all by clicking this link below. This is a great feature to utilize for trip planning.
